To achieve the corporate purpose, the Company may carry out – but not as a predominant activity and not with the public – financial and movable operations of any kind, including the granting of real and personal guarantees, take out loans and mortgage loans for financing corporate activities if in the corporate interest, and acquire shares and interests in other companies, consortia, or entities with similar, related, or connected purposes, even indirectly.
Activities reserved for financial intermediaries under Article 106 of Legislative Decree No. 385 of 1 September 1993, activities reserved for securities intermediation companies under Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998, and brokerage activities under Law No. 39 of 3 February 1989, as well as protected professional activities under Law No. 1815 of 23 November 1939 and its modifications, integrations, and replacements are excluded from the corporate purpose, as are all activities legally reserved for entities with specific requirements not held by the Company.
d) The company engages in the production and marketing of digital service providers for companies in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector and centralized data sales platforms related to the food market.
By analyzing behavioral, visual, and environmental information, the above tools generate predictive models to enhance catalog offerings, extract trends, and generate value for restaurants and companies in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector.
The company uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies that can identify, analyze, and predict product choices based on visual perception.
